Hi there, I’m Janeen, a Creativity & Life Coach, Creative Director, and MindBody Guide, on a mission to get you unstuck.
I invite you to bring your whole, messy, magical Self to this transformative work and be ready to step forward—imperfect, intentional action begins on Day 1. There is infinite space for all of you. Together we will co-create a safe container to sift and sort through whatever is keeping you from the life you seek. Self-doubt, pain, trauma, neurodivergence, fear, feelings of not enoughness, of unworthiness, like you’re an imposter, lack of clarity, of the way forward, it’s all welcome here.
Cultivating awareness and untangling ourselves liberates us from old beliefs, outdated stories, and patterns that no longer serve us so that we can consciously chart our own path, guided by self-determined coordinates—your values, your purpose, your desires.
As your Coach, I have the privilege of supporting your exploration of Self through deep listening and intuitive inquiry. I will see you. And I will help you see you, too.
